Mifalda and her team are wonderful. The practice is beautiful and feels professional and sophisticated as soon as you enter. Mifalda is so gentle and kind. I have the worlds most sensitive teeth and she is very understanding and patient. She reassures you throughout any treatment and encourages you to get in touch if you’re are unsure if anything. The whole team from the receptionists to the dental nurses are so caring and professional. I travel a long way to see them all because it’s worth it. The treatment I have had so far has been the best I have ever experienced. I can’t recommend them enough.

Mafalda takes the time to put the patient first and really ensure we are as comfortable and relaxed as possible. Everything was explained as she goes along. She promised a pain-free experience which i didnt believe was possible, but she was right. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Couldn’t recommend this dentist enough. I suffer from dentalphobia and needed an emergency appointment. Straight away the receptionist Chloe was lovely and really helpful. I was seen by Dr Mafalda and she was lovely, she made sure I was comfortable and talked me through the whole process and advised me on what I would need next. Really lovely and calm environment. Definitely recommend.

Never thought I'd see the day I was coming out of a dentist and leaving a 5* review.Phoned earlier in the week for an emergency appointment and got in this afternoon with Dr Meghan Russock. Amazing! I'm a really nervous patient and wasn't registered at the time of my visit, but I had nothing to worry about. Although I was in the chair for 1.5 hours as apposed to the 35 minutes allocated (my mouth just wouldn't numb) Meghan did everything she could to reassure me, she was calming, supportive and actually made me laugh! Will definitely be my new go to dentist!Thank you!

What a wonderful dental practice. My husband, in his 80’s and in a wheelchair visited the practice. We used the lift up to the dental suite and were greeted and helped by a courteous team. He was assisted by and seen by Abi who did a splendid job of tooth hygiene and fully explained what she was doing. We are fortunate to have the dental suite nearby.

I’ve had such an amazing experience at The York Dental Suite! I went to Dr Meghan Rossuck wanting to achieve a look that other dentists had previously said was unachievable. We decided whitening and composite bonding would be the treatment to do. All throughout both Dr Meghan & her treatment coordinator Rachel were so informative and kept me at ease. Post treatment Rachel explained everything fully and was just at the end of the phone if I had any questions. I can’t believe the results, I’ve finally got the smile I’ve been wanting!! Couldn’t recommend enough and will definitely be back for routine dental ☺️!

Absolutely delighted with my experience at The York Dental Suite for replacement retainers. From initial phone call, scan to collection, the whole process took less than a fortnight, compared to the 10 week timeline offered by an alternative Dentist. Thanks to Mafalda, Tracie and team! This is a beautiful facility with the best staff. Everyone is very friendly and every treatment is clearly explained. I have been very happy with the treatment I have received. I'm very happy with my dental treatment. I can confirm that Dr Mafalda is great with nervous patients (such as myself). The hygienist (Abigail, I think) was also very good and patient with me. I would recommend the York dental suite 100%.

The most informative yet relaxing consultation I have ever had. Tracie & Rachel were so welcoming & instantly put me at ease. They explained the Invisalign process in great detail & answered all of my questions. The appointment wasn’t rushed & I didn’t feel like I was being pushed into making a quick decision. The York Dental Suite is situated next to the Terry’s Clocktower & Chocolate Works development which all makes for a rather lovely experience.

Excellent experience as a new patient. I took my 15month old for their first check up and Mafalda and the staff were calm, patient, friendly and made my toddler feel at ease and very comfortable and gave great advise as a new parents to look after my toddlers teeth. Mafalda was very knowledgeable and has worked through the issues with my teeth and has put a treatment plan in place for me. I am looking forward to going back for my first treatment. Overall this was a very enjoyable experience meeting Mafalda at The York Dental Suite.

This dental practice is like a spa!From my first visit, to having my invisalign fit this morning, the whole team have been so friendly, helpful and knowledgable!! I have nothing but praise to give to everyone in the York Dental Suite. Every member of staff is superb at what they do and I feel so comfortable and relaxed when I go for any kind of treatment. They are all extremely thorough and have what seems to me as the most modern dental equipment possible which leaves no stone unturned in making sure they spot issues before they become a problem. Of course it would be nice if it was cheaper but I’m a great believer in you get what you pay for and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to family and friends.

Just had my first appointment for Invisalign and I have to say I felt very anxious. However, my consultation was with Tracie Barnett and she was brilliant, put me at ease straight away and explained in detail how the process would work. She was very friendly whilst remaining professional and would have no hesitation in recommending her.

Called last minute as couldn’t find anywhere. Squeezed me in same day stayed open past close to help me, arrived in severe pain and was quickly brought through and and my pain taken care of before we started. Lovely lovely staff very friendly and helpful. Would recommend and will definitely be using for all future visits.

Mafalda and the team are absolutely amazing! So kinda and warm and welcoming.I had a dental phobia and hadn't visited the dentist in over 10 years. Mafalda has really helped me overcome this and now I genuinely enjoy visiting the dentist.They have all of the latest dental technology, the team are so helpful and caring with everything they do, you really understand how proud they are the be at the forefront of dentistry.

I’d imagine that if you asked most people where they don’t like going I’d guess they’d say to the dentist. If that’s the case they’ve obviously not been to the York Dental Suite.From the moment you walk through the door you are met by a calm reassuring atmosphere and greeted by friendly staff.Once in the chair Mafalda is so professional, excellent in explaining what she’s doing and with a real care and wellbeing taking a personal interest in her patient.From start to finish my experience at the York Dental Suite was first class and I’d thoroughly recommend it to anyone looking to receive outstanding dental care.

I’ve been with Mafalda for 2 years now and I cannot recommend enough. She recently opened ‘The York Dental Suite’ and it’s such a lovely place to go for your teeth. Also if you’re scared of the dentist she actually makes you look forward to your appointment, always so relaxed.

Excellent all round experience from the minute i walk through the door until I leave, and it didn't stop there. The reception staff's proactive follow up service in confirming bookings and answering my queries were swift and efficient. Most importantly the dental work was off the highest standard. Having been without a dentist since prior to lockdown I was intrepid about a vist. My worries were immediately put at easy by Mafalda Queiroz. Her warm friendly welcome was followed up by a clear explanation of how the practice operates. On completion of the initial consultation she clearly identified the dental issues I had and gave me several options on the way forward. I am now close to completion of the work I chose to have done and I can say without hesitation that it has been carried out swiftly with my care and consideration at the forefront. The dental work and professionalism shown by Mafalda has been outstanding thus far. I would without doubt recommend anyone seeking dental work to book a consultation at the earliest opportunity..

I’ve been a patient of Mafalda’s for a few years and I genuinely will not go anywhere else. Incredible care from the get go and you can tell Dr Mafalda takes such an interest in everyone.I’ve recently had teeth whitening treatment and I’m so happy with my results, couldn’t of hoped for a better journey.My little boy loves a visit to the dentist and I believe that’s due to how wonderful Dr Mafalda & the team are.I’d highly recommend getting in touch to become a patient of this practice - you won’t be disappointed 🤩

Saw Megan the dentist and then Megan the hygienist. Hadn't been to a dentist in about five years but was made very comfortable. They both talked through everything they were doing in an easily understandable way and gave sound advice about how to maintain my teeth, which have never felt cleaner!

I have recently joined the practice and could not recommend it enough. From booking it has been a remarkable experience. The dentist is lovely, caring and great with nervous patients and took the time to listen to me and understand me. The fillings were painless and comfortable. It is so hard these days to find good dentists and everyone at the York dental Suite has been amazing. I had a clean with guided biofilm therapy using hot water and what a lovely and gentle experience that was compared to the old scaling methods I was used to. Thank you for looking after me so well.

My daughter and I visited the dental suite yesterday and everything about our experience was exceptional.Prior to our appointment I spoke with some of the front of house staff and also Dr Mafalda Queiroz on the phone and they were all so incredibly helpful.Yesterday Dr Mafalda Queiroz built up my daughter’s peg teeth with composite bonding and the final result was fabulous. The colour match and shape of them is perfect. Compared to how my daughter’s teeth looked a couple of years ago before her braces, I don’t think we even dreamed her teeth could look so good.Thank you Dr Mafalda Queiroz. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

In the last 5 years, I've had braces, teeth whitening, and regular check ups with Dr Mafalda, and she is the most friendly and professional dentist I've ever had. I recently visited the new practice, and the feeling you get when you walk through the door puts you at ease immediately. All the staff are lovely and caring. I would highly recommend this practice if you are looking to improve your smile and your oral health.

If you want a very very good dentist who has the care of her patients at centre of her dental practice, The York Dental Suite & Mafalda Queiroz is the dentist for you.I have been absolutely terrified of dentists for all of my life until I switched dentists 5 years ago and started seeing Mafalda. She has a very calm, warm & friendly persona which immediately puts you at ease. She clearly explains what she is doing & what treatment you may need, & during treatment she regularly checks you are okay. I am genuinely no longer frightened at all of going to the dentist.I was delighted when she opened her own practice. It is easy to get to with parking right outside the door - a rarity in York. The practice feels calm the minute you enter the door & this carries through with the welcoming informative reception staff.I also see Meghan the hygienist, who again makes you feel relaxed first & her approach isn't a rush around my mouth, but identifying what requires attention and focusing on that, as well as ensuring I understand what I can do to improve my dental hygiene.I leave The York Dental Suite feeling that my dentist & hygienist genuinely want to give me the best dental care, and that's a good feeling isn't it!
